What are the Print Dimensions ?
The Hexagon prints are 155mm edge to edge and the Octagon prints are 165mm edge to edge
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we can ship all over the world but shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
What events can you do?
If you can provide a GPX file we can do the rest.
Do you offer different sizes?
While there are 2 different sizes available to order directly as well as hexagon and Octagon options we can do custom sizes just send an email to enquiries@track3d.com.au and we will be happy to discuss how we can help.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Production Time
Every Track3D print is custom designed and manufactured exclusively for you.
Please allow up to 7 days from order to dispatch while we design, print, and quality-check your piece.
Most orders are dispatched sooner, but during peak periods please allow up to 7 days.
What is your return policy?
Returns & Refund Policy
Every Track3D piece is custom designed and manufactured to order based on the information you provide.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Manufacturing Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing fault, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Design Accuracy
Each design is created directly from the GPX data and details submitted with your order. If we have made an error in producing your design, we will remake the piece.
If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
